This easy sauce is great for you, and REALLY easy to make. We love herbs because they’re super helpful for the help of our livers, kidneys and more.

This easy sauce can be made your own and you can add your own favorite herbs additional to these, so feel free to be creative.

You can add this sauce to chicken, to meatballs, salmon etc – or even a salad dressing (just add olive oil!).

Easy Chimichurri Sauce

Such a quick, simple, and FRESH sauce or marinade to add to meals! Ways to incorporate it into meals? We love using it as a salad dressing, marinade for fish/chicken/meat, using as a dip for raw veggies, or adding into a pasta dish!

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped or minced
  • 2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper


  • Wash and prepare the ingredients
  • Add the ingredients to the blender or food processor
  • Blend until smooth
  • Serve and enjoy!
