Hi, I'm Isabel!

I'm a Registered Dietitian, Fitness and Lifestyle Expert, and Founder of Isabel Smith Nutrition and Lifestyle. I’m a believer in everything moderation, along with eating a lot of plants and moving our bodies. I have years of experience helping people just like you feel better and live happier lives. I help clients of all ages who have goals of weight loss, improved allergies and sensitivities, hormone imbalances and infertility, thyroid and blood sugar issues amongst many others. I create an individualized program that focuses on balancing your hormones, improving your metabolism, energy, sex drive, and so much more.
