Paleo Veggie Cauliflower Fried Rice

Paleo Veggie Cauliflower Rice

Healthy comfort food entrees are cozy and perfect for a chilly fall or winter evening. Fried rice is a classic favorite, but the traditional version is loaded with salt, carbs and a whole bunch of stuff that just isn’t so good for you. This paleo veggie cauliflower rice version of the classic fried rice is healthier, and tastes just as good (if not better!).

Like most of my other recipes that also allow for you to make the recipe your own, you can add any veggie you want here and really customize it to include your favorites.  Enjoy this recipe!
