Chimichurri Marinade

red wine vinegar

fresh cilantro

Instructions
Combine the vinegar, salt, and garlic in a medium bowl and let stand aside for 5-10 minutes while you prepare the rest
Next, stir in the cilantro, parsley, and oregano.
Next, whisk in the oil using a fork
Marinade the meat or veggies and allow to sit for a number of hours to soak in all of the flavor
