Heart Healthy Smoothie

February is Heart Health Month. While you can’t change risks such as family history or age, you can make lifestyle and diet changes that can dramatically reduce your risk for developing heart disease. We had our Nutritionist/ Health Coach, Molly Hoffman, whip up a special smoothie filled with good for the heart fresh ingredients. She used strawberries and spinach, which both provide a good source of powerful heart health boosters. She tops off the smoothie with Chia Seeds and Hemp Hearts, which are  rich in two essential fatty acids, linoleic acid (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3). Show your heart some LOVE!

I hope you enjoy!
