My mango raspberry nice cream recipe, right here. It’s gluten free, dairy free and almost guilt-free. I love this nice cream trend because it’s made of just frozen fruit. I’ve had so many clients try my banana nice cream and they’ve loved it so much that I wanted to continue to experiment with other, different yet similar forms of ice cream that could be made with minimal ingredients in the blender using frozen fruit.
I’ve got more recipes like this coming for you, but for now- let’s start with this delicious mango raspberry nice cream! You can skip the coconut shreds in the recipe if you so choose (but I think it’s a super tasty addition).

Mango Raspberry Nice Cream
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Prepare ingredients.
- Add ingredients to blender.
- Blend ingredients until smooth (about 5 minutes or less).
- Serve and enjoy!
