It’s something I have shy’ed away from…
Why, you ask? I think it overwhelms my brain (it ain’t hard to do with ADD!).
However, lately I’ve been falling deeper and deeper into the rhythm of meal prepping and honestly, I don’t know what took me so long. So here we are, my first post with all the recipes I made here, and simple tips to get them made and ready to go.
As I discussed in a post a few months ago, having the right type of glass tupperware is KEY! It makes all the difference in the world to have containers to store your food in, so that should be priority #1 before you even go ahead and shop for the recipes.
This week’s meal prep list is simple, made of mostly veggies, turkey and of course a delicious dessert recipe too :).

Meal Prep 101: What We’re Eating This Week:
Simple roasted carrots (use avocado oil and roast whole (after peeling) for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F)
Simple sautéed shredded Brussels sprouts (buy them shredded and sauté with avocado oil)
