Our first program: Feel Lighter, a 3 month weight loss program: It’s a holistic weight loss program that includes the following:
- mindset work
- routine/ schedule
- supplements and key nutrients for metabolism
- detox, liver and kidney work/ support
- food journaling and feedback
- meal planning
- snack guidance
- consideration of hormones
- sleep and exercise guidance for optimal weight loss
- breaking through weight loss plateaus
- and more!
WHEN: Starting week of July 20th
- 12 Weekly Group Zoom Calls
- Each week we will focus on the topic of the week for 20-30 minutes and then discuss as a group (these will be recorded if you miss them!)- we’ll do a Q & A here too (you’ll have access to me/ my team separately if you want to ask us questions privately)
- A one-on-one session with me to further personalize your nutrition, supplements, exercise, sleep and lifestyle plan
- Private Facebook group for support between group calls
- Personalized supplement protocol (at a discounted cost!)
- Lifestyle and exercise recommendations
- Weekly food journal reviews via our exclusive app!
WE HAVE A VIP OPTION! The VIP Upgrade also includes 3 one-on-one private check-ins with me AND it MAY include a stool or a hormone test if I think it may be helpful to accelerate your weight loss
