Vegan Avocado Mousse for Two

Valentine’s Day is almost here!  We absolutely love this special day, and we also LOVE dessert (you probably know that already!). So what better way to celebrate than a healthy dessert made to serve two! This vegan avocado mousse is a healthy treat that uses just five simple ingredients, and has only three easy steps.

When we made this yummy dessert we topped the mousse with some fresh raspberries, but feel free to substitute in whatever sweet topping you and your sweetheart like! Nothing says “I love you” quite like a  sharable homemade dessert thats good for you.

I hope you and your special someone enjoy this treat!
